Foresight Development
The key to developing foresight lies in the ability to remain unfocused when collating the information, to see the connections when examining it and then to focus when monitoring the hidden signals. Focusing is second nature to most people in managerial positions, however, what has often been neglected is “Spatial Intelligence”, which is crucial to the first two activities of the process. As with all forms of intelligence, it is natural to some and can be acquired – through practice – by others.
